Design Your Future Growth and Your Effectiveness

Reaching growth and effectiveness is the ultimate objective for individuals, organizations, and communities. Although Abraham Maslow and other researchers have made significant contributions to our understanding of human goals and needs, there is a pressing need to address the current lack of a comprehensive framework that can guide individuals, organizations, and communities towards growth and effectiveness. Without a clear set of reference points, pillars, and foundations, it becomes difficult to navigate the unforeseen challenges and underserved situations that arise.

Background, context, and the framework of reference:

Reaching growth and effectiveness is the ultimate objective for individuals, organizations, and communities. Although Abraham Maslow and other researchers have made significant contributions to our understanding of human goals and needs, there is a pressing need to address the current lack of a comprehensive framework that can guide individuals, organizations, and communities towards growth and effectiveness. Without a clear set of reference points, pillars, and foundations, it becomes difficult to navigate the unforeseen challenges and underserved situations that arise.

Without a solid framework of reference, the inability to achieve sustainable development outcomes has become apparent. Many individuals have struggled to achieve their personal, career, and professional goals. Consequently, their ability to make meaningful contributions to their organizational goals, productive activities, and income-generating activities is limited. These can be seen through the challenges businesses face, such as declining revenue, lack of funding and customers, and decreased profitability. Additionally, there are broader issues that affect the overall functioning and success of businesses, including concerns about adaptability, productivity, and sustainability.

The policies, strategies, projects, and programs implemented have unfortunately not been able to achieve the desired impact at the community level.  These issues are apparent in the products, services, and solutions that lack consideration for the well-being of individuals (resulting in poor health, safety, and standards), disregard for property rights (due to weak governance and regulations), failure to promote justice and inclusivity (leading to inequality), neglect of biodiversity (resulting in loss of ecosystems and habitats), and a lack of transparency and disclosure of information.

To achieve success in this context, leaders must grasp the interplay between creative knowledge, moral values, and cultural behavior competencies. These adaptive capabilities are key to achieving remarkable growth and effectiveness outcomes, reaching up to 99%.

Intended Audience:

This accelerator and incubation programme is designed for individuals who are driven to excel in their personal, career, and professional goals. It aims to empower participants to make meaningful contributions to their organizations and create a lasting impact in their communities.

Utilizing principles from Positive Psychology, the Design Your Future Initiative is a program focused on self-management and leadership. Its goal is to enhance the growth and effectiveness of individuals, organizations, and communities, regardless of their current circumstances.

Our programme is centered on the renowned "Pyramid of Growth and Effectiveness." This framework is a comprehensive and value-driven approach to decision-making that promotes growth and effectiveness while also prioritizing inclusivity and environmental sustainability. This framework is based on the understanding that we operate in a world characterized by knowledge, cultural diversity, and a VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, and Ambiguous) environment. With over 20 years of experience in research, design, and development, this initiative is dedicated to assisting individuals, organizations, and communities in harnessing creative knowledge, skills, and ideas as adaptive capabilities to fuel their growth and enhance their effectiveness.

Participants in this programme have included startups, junior to middle managers who are involved in day-to-day operational activities, as well as those responsible for services, products, solution design, development, delivery, policy, strategy, programme, and project design, development, and execution. Participants represented a diverse range of sectors, startup founders, micro-small-medium enterprises, local and international NGOs, Public Development Sectors and Government Agencies, Health, Education, Conservation, Environmental, Human Rights, Livelihood Programmes, as well as commercial services such as Banking, Telecomms, manufacturing, and trade.
