Building Trust as a moderating factor is required in cross-cultural context where work is done in hybrid structures, by individual knowledge workers who have different social cultural value systems in self -managed teams and independent functions which are not centrally controlled but with leaders who depend on followers skills and knowledge to achieve goals and objectives.
